I am thinking of buying a machine to throw someone for Christmas. It was studied in the school and the minor league teams. I want something that can be used for practice and who is self-powered and can take some abuse (not too hard to meet or preferably outside). The problem is that it must be under $ 350. Preferably waaay low. Haha. All proposals for the best models, or where I can find good quality at low cost? Council?
