Is there any type of natural treatment for this type of insomnia? - insomnia treatment(insomnia treatment).blogspot.com

I do not know the name for this type of insomnia, or even if it exists, but at least three or four nights a week I can not sleep. My body is completely destroyed, but my brain seems to be on the road. I had insomnia for about two years ago and have not been adequate natural treatment that will continue for a week or less work.
