State Of Nj Disability Pregnancy W2 Pre-term Labor & Disability?

Pre-term labor & disability? - state of nj disability pregnancy w2

I was admitted for premature contractions per week until 32 weeks of pregnancy to the hospital. The doctors have stopped almost preterm labor. Now I'm on strict bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy and can no longer go to work or perform simple tasks. My maternity pay does not start after the birth. I wonder if anyone does not apply in this situation and for / receive some type of disability due to premature birth.
PS: I live in New Jersey and works in New York (I can claim the disability status of New York?) How do I do that and I have to use?
